Sean Preece has more than 20 years hands-on experience in the investment and funds management industries. He has been instrumental in the creation, management and growth of some of Australia’s predominant investment groups, including Challenger Financial Services Group, Howard Mortgage Trust and Ord Minnett. During this time, Sean has developed extensive experience in the areas of property and lending while consulting for industry leading fund managers, Product Review Committees and Advisory Councils.  James Freudigmann

James Freudigmann brings over 10 years experience in residential property starting as a valuers assistant in 1999 and becoming Queenslands youngest registered valuer in 2002.  After 6 years of valuation experience James worked as a buyers advocate opportunistically acquiring over twenty five million dollars of property in the Brisbane area in a period of 18 months in the low part of the cycle.  He has also worked as a project manager and has headed up negotiations of over $1.2 billion of residential property throughout Queensland.  James started his own personal portfolio in 2005 and has continued to build on that through the strong and not so strong times in the Brisbane market.  James’ extensive knowledge of development feasibility, sourcing and acquiring high performing properties, coupled with his due diligence expertise and negotiations background, drives him to exceed his clients expectations.

Born into a family of builders, valuers and developers, Kathlene Campbell learnt the intricacies of property investment at a young age. From her first property investment at age 19 to subsequent investments, she has hands on experience of how to build a successful property portfolio. Through her career in Real Estate, she has been involved in every aspect of the business, including property management, renovations, project marketing, property sales and buyers agency. Kathlene’s passion for property and ability to analyse an investment’s viability is second to none.

 Simone Taylor

Rebecca Yarrow has a background in engineering and construction management and has been involved in the implementation of many Major Development Projects, such as the $200 million Woolloomooloo – The Wharf project. In addition, Rebecca is an active property investor and has renovated many of her own residential projects in her property portfolio. Rebecca has a large list of professional relationships within the industry she has nurtured over the years which assist the individual in gaining leverage from day one. She brings an understanding of the technical issues of property investing, especially in renovating and developing property, in addition to strong feasibility, project and development management skills.
